Stress / Energy Level

 

The opposite of freedom is a restriction. The opposite of feeling free is the feeling of being trapped. When we experience feelings of being trapped we experience symptoms of anxiety. We feel low in energy, restless, worry and are easily irritated. We feel smothered and have trouble sleeping, focussing and making clear decisions. These symptoms are caused by stress. The more stress we experience the less free we feel. The less stress we experience the more free and energized we will feel. 

The more we have going on in our lives, the more processes we have running, the more likely it is we will get stuck or even break down. People who live under high levels of stress maintain their body’s in a constant state of survival. Your body will respond as if it is in constant danger. As if it must run from wild bears all the time. Fight or Flight.
